THE FUTURE

The Education Unit at the Alberta Asthma Centre will continue to emphasize the goal of optimizing the quality of life and asthma management for the individual with asthma. This will be achieved in collaboration with strong, multi-disciplinary and inter-provincial partners including the health regions, health professionals, schools, University of Alberta, Alberta Lung Association and innovative corporations and organizations. Programs and resources will utilize innovative concepts, leading edge technology and strong educational approaches. These programs will continue to target individuals with asthma, health professionals, schools, parents and public.
