KINSMEN ASTHMA CENTRE LIBRARY
Funded
by the Kinsmen Club of Edmonton, the asthma library is used by children
and adults with asthma and their families, health professionals, students,
and the public. Resources in the library contain information on topics
such as general asthma, exercise, triggers, products, support groups,
monitoring, and delivery devices. The library contains:
- asthma brochures and booklets
- videos
- books
- activity booklets, comic books and picture books for children
- local and international newsletters and journals
- asthma education programs and materials
- samples of asthma medication devices and peak flow meters
